There is not enough I could say how great a buying experience it was at ROA Off-road. I felt like I was family. The whole team was amazing, Josh made this whole thing happen, Jax made the buying process so easy, and the walk Thur with David and KiKe was just a great time and they where so thorough and helpful. The whole team was so accommodating and made my whole family feel that we had value and where important to them. It’s worth the drive to go two states away and I would do it again. I would not even consider buying anywhere else. Thanks again I am proud to be a Roamer.

After two years researching off road trailers from their awesome YouTube channel I made the 6hr detour on my travel schedule to pop into ROA. On the website it stated to contact for appointments so I recommend for their schedule to do so but today I showed up at 10a and quickly was met with positive staff. I was placed with Josh Kartchner a sales and business coach and I couldn't have met a more nicer guy and highly knowledgeable on all these units. After spending some time showing me the units we found a trailer that would not only suit my needs but was able to recommend some great upgrades. If you're looking for a great team both behind and in front of the business ROA is your spot. Their customer service is a top 3 reason I choose to work with ROA. In addition to their creative modifications and real world testing in places that matter the most. If you aren't subscribed to their YouTube , definitely do so because Shane and his team have posted more often with more detailed videos. Here are some photos from my time there.

Outstanding dealership. Ran into a complex paperwork snag that was no fault of RVs. FOUR of their people started working on it immediately to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Over the years I’ve bought many cars, trucks, motorcycles and RVs. This was a tough problem to solve … and they did it. Such excellent customer service. Pretty much anyone can sell an RV. This was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. I purchased the first Black Series camper in Utah from RVs of America. The camper is amazing but being new to the U.S. it's had it's share of teething issues. RVs of America has been super responsive and fixed everything under warranty. They've also been great about returning my texts and answering all my questions (I'm a first time travel trailer owner). If you're interested in an off road camper I highly recommend getting a Black Series from these guys. The campers are solid and they actually use them (check out their YouTube channel) and know all of the good modifications and trouble spots.

RVs of America was great to work with! They were super helpful with getting me set up with my new Tiger Moth. Jax made it easy to setup an out of state sale. Then, my experience when I arrived to pick it up was outstanding. Their service center had it all cleaned up for the drive home and answered all my questions on the trailer prior to my departure. If I ever need another off road trailer in the future, I'd definitely look into working with them again.
